1. Overview

At Stylegoods, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy outlines your rights and our procedures for returns, refunds, and exchanges. This policy applies to all products purchased through our website stylegoods.ddd.

As a consumer in the European Economic Area (EEA), including Norway, you have certain statutory rights, including the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days (subject to certain exceptions described below).

2.3 Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for supplementary costs if you chose a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

2.4 Returning the Goods After Withdrawal

You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless we agree otherwise or the return is due to our error.

2.5 Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal may not apply in certain cases, including where permitted by applicable consumer law. In particular, for health protection and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal may be lost for sealed goods that are not suitable for return if they become unsealed after delivery (for example, supplements with broken seals).

3. Return Conditions

3.1 Eligible Returns

In addition to your statutory rights, we may offer a voluntary return option. To be eligible for a voluntary return, items must:

  • Be in their original, unopened packaging
  • Be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Include all original tags, labels, and documentation
  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery date

3.2 Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened or partially used products
  • Products with broken seals
  • Products that have been damaged due to improper handling by the customer
  • Products returned after 30 days from delivery

4. Return Process

  • Wait for return authorization and instructions
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  • Ship the item to the address provided

4.2 Shipping Returns

You are responsible for the cost of shipping returns, unless the return is due to our error (such as wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

5. Refunds

5.1 Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

5.2 Refund Timeline

  • Inspection: 3-5 business days after receiving the return
  • Processing: Within 14 days of approval
  • Bank processing: Additional 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution

5.3 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:

  • Items not in original condition or damaged through customer fault
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery but within 30 days
  • Missing parts or packaging

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, please return the original product following our return process and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing time.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

7.1 Reporting Damage

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • Description of the damage or defect

7.2 Resolution

For damaged or defective items, we will either:

  • Send a replacement at no additional cost
  • Provide a full refund including original shipping costs
  • Arrange for free return shipping

8. Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect product (wrong item, quantity, or variation), please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.

9. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting us. Once an order has been shipped, you will need to follow the standard return process. Cancellation requests for orders already in transit will be treated as returns.

10. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to be posted
  • Contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is posted
  • If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us

11. Sale Items

Items purchased at a discounted price are subject to the same return policy as regular-priced items, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

12. Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
